Choice Holidays provides UK travel and holiday planning services. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. We act either as a travel planner or as an agent for hotels, airlines, attractions, and other suppliers. When we act as an agent, your contract is with the supplier, and their terms will also apply.
All bookings are confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and required payments have been made. Prices shown are in GBP and may change due to supplier costs or exchange rates. You are responsible for making sure all personal details you provide are accurate, including names and passport information.
If you need to change or cancel a booking, fees may apply depending on the supplier’s rules. If we must make a change or cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative or a refund where required by UK law. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as we cannot cover losses related to illness, cancellations, or personal items.
You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. You must follow local laws, hotel rules, and behave respectfully during your trip. We may withdraw services if your behaviour causes issues.
Our liability is limited and depends on whether we act as a package holiday provider or an agent. We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as delays, weather disruptions, or supplier issues. Any complaints should be raised with the supplier immediately and reported to us as soon as possible, with a formal complaint submitted within 28 days of return.
We follow UK GDPR and only use your personal data for booking, support, and legal purposes. All website content is owned by Choice Holidays and cannot be copied without permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
